- Sprint uses a three part waybill system; shippers copy, receivers copy and Sprint’s copy. This system gives us protection and you for your packages. On the waybill there is the time, the date and the person who signed for it.
- This system also makes it ease to verify your delivery charges on the invoice, it will have the type of delivery, the waybill number and the date for each delivery. Our invoices are very easy to read and are sent out at the beginning of every month.
- Sprint’s promise to you is that if you have an issue with our; Rates, service, Administration staff or any of our drivers we will listen to your concerns and handle them in a courteous and efficient manner.

Sprint Delivery Service Inc. is tackling the issue of pollution and fuel consumption by using Smart cars and Hinos.
The Smart Car is the most fuel efficient car on the road today. There is one car that comes close and that is the Toyota Prius Hybrid. The Prius Hybrid puts out 4g/km of CO2 emissions less than the smart car, but the Smart Car gets roughly 10 MPG better than the Prius Hybrid. The problem with the hybrid vehicles are the large batteries that allow them to obtain better fuel economy, these battery packs end up in land fills and there molecules will never break down or disintegrate. The Smart Car in our opinion is by far the most environmentally friendly car on the road today
Our Hino trucks are diesel fueled, but offer an Exhaust Gas Recirculation system. This system mixes exhaust gases with the air intake to reduce combustion temperature and slow down combustion in the cylinder. The EGR system holds the exhaust emissions, allows time to heat up and it starts to burn away some of the CO2 and other pollutants before the exhaust smoke comes out of the pipe. The Hino is much superior and more environmentally friendly than any other truck in its weight class to date.

Sprint Delivery Service believes in protecting its customer’s confidential information. In order to provide the best possible customer service, we collect information about our customers, as well as information required by government regulations.
The information collected is stored in a secure customer profile database. Access to the information on this database is restricted to only those requiring the information to service our customers. Customers that use our on-line ordering system build their own profile that can only be accessed using the user ID and password they create and control. The website is secured and protected with 128 bit encryption.
Sprint Delivery Service reserves the right to retain information about packages, including shipper and consignees names and addresses, to provide proof of delivery information to customers. All information obtained by Sprint Delivery Service is removed from our computer files and paper files shredded when our internal retention periods expire.
